The purpose of a Conservation District is to conserve and develop all renewable natural resources within the district.  In so doing, the district is authorized to undertake, sponsor, or participate in projects, activities and programs which promote the conservation, development, maintenance, management, and wise use of the land, water, trees and other related, natural resources of the district. 
We also serve as an educational resource for the citizens of Bullitt County. 

There will not be a December 2025 District Board meeting. 
Starting in January 2026, the meeting location will change.  The meeting will be at 7 p.m. on the 4th Monday of each month in the Fellowship Hall of Davidson Memorial United Methodist Church located at 249 South Buckman Street, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.

Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We close daily for lunch between 12 noon & 1 p.m.
