Master Conservationist

Our Master Conservationist for 2023 is Mr. John Holt.  Mr. Holt was recommended by the local Natural Resources Conservation Service to receive this award for his stewardship efforts on his farm in Bullitt County.  This award is given annually to a producer who is using good conservation practices to preserve and enhance their acreage. Conservation District Board Chairman, Leon Dawson, presented Mr. Holt with his award and signage for his farm.
